It would be great if we could set up time based triggers/conditions/automations for various operations. An example would be if a proof was sent for approval and the customer did not approve, send a reminder after X amount of time.

I love this. We sent thank you messages 1 day after orders are complete, and I would love to automate that....

There should be a way to automate payment reminders. A specific email is sent 30 days late, 60 days late, 90 days late. I want to be able to edit the content of the emails for each time based interval.

Could also use for collecting reviews - after a job has been picked up, send out an email request for a review after X number of days.

It would be great if Printavo had the ability to automatically change a status of an order after it's been left unchanged for a certain number of days?

For example, if an order is marked QUOTE SENT, and it doesn't change for 3 days - Printavo automatically changes it to QUOTE NEEDS FOLLOW UP? Then the Sales Rep can have an automated email as a reminder to reach out.

Great idea!! The automations are already there, if they could just add a time trigger. This would be helpful for sending a thank you / review requests 3 days after an order ships.
