Hi Printavo team, I am hoping to set up time base automations. More specifically, automated email reminders. Please see the two examples below.
  1. Design approval request: If design approval request is not approved/declined within 24 hours, then send an email reminder.
  2. Quote approval request: If quote approval request is not approved/declined within 48 hours, then send an email reminder.
The IF STATEMENTS available, currently do not include reminders for lack of response. See attached.
