Titles and Positions for contacts in the Customer Profile

It would be helpful if you could put titles or positions for contacts such as: Owner, Accounting, Principal, Marketing, Fleet Manager, etc. Especially with larger organizations or schools, it would help with clarity.
Right now, I tend to put that info in the fax line since we don't really use fax numbers.

This would be very helpful for accounting when they are trying to collect money and know where to turn to when the contact is not responding.
