To Do Lists

I'm relatively new to this software and I'm glad we took the leap to get it. However, it would really benefit us in just creating a clean list of jobs that need to be done in the order they need to be done in, instead of messing with the Power Scheduler and Calendar. If after a job was approved, there were categories for Screen Printing, Embroidery, and DTF and the job went into these categories it would be super helpful. I've tried using Zapier to automate lists in Any.do for us, but I can't seem to get the coding right to make it happen, nor do I really want to keep messing with two separate programs. If we kept expanding and had 6 autos, I can see the benefit of the Power Scheduler and Calendar, but we're not there yet. I don't know how many minutes each job takes and then there's variables, like damaged shirts that you have to reorder and leave the screens on the press for an extra day or two to complete the job. I might be ranting into the void here, but I just needed to put these thoughts somewhere.
