Turn off approval ability for customer after job marked complete.

It would be nice to be able to turn off the customers' ability to "approve" a quote once we have marked the job as complete. We are finding that customers are going into old quotes and approving them which then triggers all of the old automations again. This gets confusing and has caused our ordering person to start ordering blanks on already completed jobs before recognizing it as an old P.O.

I'm gonna throw another aspect of this in here because I feel they're related. We have lots of people email us new orders, in old, completed orders. It would be nice to lock that completed order down and not allow the communication within the old order------ but instead---- had an option for request a new quote, or contact us, that took them to another screen to contact us.
