I hope you're doing well! I’m reaching out with a feature request that would be extremely helpful for managing our contract clients more efficiently.

We currently work with a company that has multiple sales reps—each of whom we’ve added as separate contacts in Printavo to keep track of their individual POs. While this helps us stay organized internally, it limits visibility for the client when using public profile links. Each contact only sees their own jobs, which creates confusion on their end.

We’d love to see a feature that allows multiple contacts to be linked under a single company, so that a shared public profile link can display all jobs associated with that company, regardless of which contact submitted the order. Ideally, we’d still retain the ability to track which rep submitted each job for internal purposes.

This would be a huge time-saver and improve the client experience significantly.
