When Job hits Complete- AUTO Clears ALL Unmarked TASKS

Have a ton of tasks that go unchecked because not all tasks apply to every job. Would be nice if once the job status is changed to COMPLETE.... All unchecked tasks delete or disappear from Task Page

This can be done with Zapier and the API I betchya, but not for Power Scheduler yet.

Job gets to certain status > pull up tasks for that job > update tasks completed dates

Also... when COMPLETE... it removes that job from the Power Scheduler... we are struggling to even try and use the scheduler because it have like every order, even complete, listed as needing to be scheduled and we cant remove them from the scheduler without actually scheduling them when they are actually already done. Need a fresh start on Power Scheduler because right now it is overwhelming with every order still in there that is already complete.

yeah... this would be awesome. Maybe some sort of purge too for past tasks. I think we have a few hundred pages full of unmarked tasks.

Kimball Hill: Yes, us too. I spent some time just going through and clearing them. Gotta be an easier way lol
