It is very difficult to tell if you've sent a payment request, as this is an entirely manual process. It would be helpful if there was a tag, much like the [PAID] tag, that would appear next to any invoices which a payment request has been made. I have had cases in which a customer has asked me how to pay, and only then did we realize that we hadn't sent the payment request. There's a lack of visibility around this.

We don't use a pricing matrix based on percentage of the product cost. It would be great if we could input a set price mark up (not a %) based on colors, quantity & locations that would be applied to each item.

We send a formal "invoice" through the messages option at the conclusion of each order. Most of our customers are larger companies that have an AP department or billing email address. This is more often than not someone different from the contact we are working with. Currently, Printavo allows us to check the "Send copy" button and get a copy from Printavo sent to us. Is it possible for Printavo to create an option within each customer profile to enter an AP contact and email address? Could this coincide with an additional button through the messages feature that would allow us to copy the AP email address when we send the invoice?

When I create the shipping labels they should print all at once automaticly instead on me having to print them one at a time

Would love to be able to mark the entire order at one to send to receiving instead of having to go into every line item. Why not add it to the more actions function? It is very unfriendly to use right now especially when purchasing through the automated DGI feature.

The worst feeling in the world is to feel so accomplished after finishing a complicated invoice only to accidentally hit the wrong button and have the whole thing deleted only because you forgot or failed to save all your work! Please for the love of Printavo and my job create some kind of an Auto Save! : )

Could we please toggle our lovely new search feature to default to MOST RELEVANT instead of CREATION DATE If I can type in an exact phone number and CREATION DATE chooses things that has nothing to do with the results, but the MOST RELEVANT result gives me the 1st line as the match...perhaps it should be switched.

There is almost always a customer that wants to place a merch order right I have closed the store and generated the invoice. My suggestion is to create a way to undo/delete the generated invoice, and then generate a fresh new invoice to include the tardy order so that I don't have to try and run a secondary invoice along with the original merch invoice.

the ability to change the size columns per line item so the quote would look cleaner

It would be nice to be able to see the calender year added to the Month/Day under the Due Date column when viewing past invoices.
