Every-time I reconcile Printavo payments I have to search for the PAYOUT DEPOSIT ID, please include this ID with the email so we do not have to search for it.

REPOSTING ANOTHER CUSTOMERS PREVIOUS COMMENT AS EVERYTHING HE SAYS IT WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: There is no way to search for deposits. Hitting "last" doesn't actually take you to the last page, just the last page that is currently showing up on the pages list. I have to hit "last" 50 times to get to the end of the list, and then do it all over again if I leave the page. The information shown on the page is great, but the functionality of the page is seriously lacking. Please add either a deposits specific export, broken down by deposit dates, with all payments and fees, and/or a search function to be able to find specific deposits more easily. Please clean up the functionality of the page itself. Thank you.

We receive physical payments via Checks & Cash in addition to credit cards. There should be a way to easily create a Deposit Slip for the Checks & Cash to assemble for our banking report. Yes, we can export a report of these transactions, but it's much more than is needed to track physical deposits and we have to manipulate the spreadsheet which is spending too much time spent for this task.

Some customers will provide their own apparel for us to print onto, but a Merch store would be a great option to grow with the customer. Having the ability for Merch sales to deposit into a customers account and then we bill them for what they owe us would be extremely helpful. For example, I have a customer that could sell product to their customers nationwide. My customer would order the apparel from SanMar and drop ship it to us so we can print and drop ship to their customer. But it doesn't make sense for us to have all sales direct deposit into our account and then have to pay them out. It would be too much work. The option for the funds to direct deposit into their account would be a better fit for us and our customer in this situation.

Would prefer it if we could sort the columns on the deposit view, or export individual .csv files per deposit from the deposit page. In my situation I need to match all of the invoice payments to payments in QB, and when they are in a sea of merch orders it becomes confusing. Merch order count & invoice order count in the header would be extremely helpful as well. Something like the attached. Or if they were just grouped by merch orders & invoices separately, that would be helpful.

When I am editing the invoice, such as changing sizes or adding a proof, it does not show anywhere that a deposit has been made. I can only see that when I save the order and look at the overview. I need to always know this information, wether I am reviewing or editing an order.

Clients should be able to pay the invoice in full or have a feature to pay no less than half without us having to request payment. Clients should be able to just pay whenever to get their order started.
