I would recommend not having the production imprint images show up when the client is approving a job. Those are generally not client facing so it is really confusing and sometimes problematic if they see those images also appear when they go to approve an order. A lot of times we clone orders so we don't update the imprint until it goes to production and then they are confused about why their previous order is showing up too.

In the URL of a customer it shows the parent ID first then the Secondary ID, I was hoping to show the parent ID on every customer in the customer export.

We need to be able to see the YEAR when on the customer account screen looking through invoices. Currently it only shows month & day. The only way to see the year is to click into the each invoice.

With SMS rolling out, we need a separate spot in customer information for mobile number. So we can keep track of the number we should be sending a text to and ensure they get that message on their mobile phone.

We need shipping addresses per contact, not per company. Example is a university where all the billing goes to one place but where you ship goes to multiple places depending on the contact for the particular order. With all the incredibly high back charges from UPS if the address doesn't match exactly, it's important to save accurate addresses per contact.

Public profile name needs to be changed and the link needs to be secured. We have received multiple complaints/concerns over the past month regarding public profiles. If there is something already in place that I am missing to further secure these please educate me. 1) the link is openly available to anyone who gets a hand on it because they are not password protected. 2) their addresses, cost of goods, artwork, goods, etc are all public knowledge before merchandise is available 3) calling them "public" profile only raises more concerns because it reiterates these are public. Change the name to customer profile.

I have a few customers that contact me asking for a quote on a project they already did, because it's too extensive to look up an invoice themselves without a search bar. In a roundabout way it would help us look up a job of theirs easier. Being able to search customer jobs under specific customers besides Control+F. My customers bookmark their profile page!

Right now John Doe with ABC Construction shows 5 orders and Amy with ABC Construction shows 7 orders, however ABC Construction (the main company) shows 0 orders. That is not correct. It gives incorrect data and makes customer list generation messy.

We have a ton of repeat business for clients who have been ordering for years from us. I'd love for clients who would like to reorder the same design and new quantities to just be able to log onto their old invoices from their client portal > click rapid reorder and it would duplicate a past quote/invoice and allow them to update quantities. Once they clicked submit, our admins would receive a notification that a client would like to place a re-order, we would verify blanks, pricing and availability and send it back to the client. Think of it like a duplicate quote button for your clients. Instead of them having to call us or send us an email or stop by to place a new order, they could just duplicate a previous order, update sizes, and click request quote. We approve and send it back to them to approve and pay. Would be amazing for contract print shops and shops that print for businesses that place orders frequently.

It would be nice to be able to attach customers art files to their profile instead of each invoice. This will allow a central location to locate a customers art files.
