Would love to have a place in the customer profile that has any art or any proof that was attached to a invoice for customers and Printavo users to see. So they can tell us which art they are talking about. Almost like a date/stamped art profile with each customer with out clicking on a million invoices to find art. When you open up a customers profile there art profile is next to it to open also.

When I pull up a customer's details and see their list of invoices it would be AMAZING and very helpful to see their PO number listed on that screen.

It would be great if you could create the ability to merge customer accounts. For example, if I had two customer accounts that were the same, this option would merge orders, transactions, payment history, etc from as selected account with the account you want to merge them with, and then delete the old customer account.

With SMS rolling out, we need a separate spot in customer information for mobile number. So we can keep track of the number we should be sending a text to and ensure they get that message on their mobile phone.

It would be nice if when you merge a customer, it would allow you to see a preview of the new customer profile before you make any hard changes. That way it can prevent any unwanted changes.

It would be nice to be able to attach customers art files to their profile instead of each invoice. This will allow a central location to locate a customers art files.

Public profile name needs to be changed and the link needs to be secured. We have received multiple complaints/concerns over the past month regarding public profiles. If there is something already in place that I am missing to further secure these please educate me. 1) the link is openly available to anyone who gets a hand on it because they are not password protected. 2) their addresses, cost of goods, artwork, goods, etc are all public knowledge before merchandise is available 3) calling them "public" profile only raises more concerns because it reiterates these are public. Change the name to customer profile.

In the URL of a customer it shows the parent ID first then the Secondary ID, I was hoping to show the parent ID on every customer in the customer export.

I would recommend not having the production imprint images show up when the client is approving a job. Those are generally not client facing so it is really confusing and sometimes problematic if they see those images also appear when they go to approve an order. A lot of times we clone orders so we don't update the imprint until it goes to production and then they are confused about why their previous order is showing up too.

We should be able to attach a file containing the resale certificate onto a customer's profile, not just the number.
