Would it be possible for you to add a feature where you could mark a contact within a customer's profile as no longer active, but still have it connected to the past orders they were involved with? It would be helpful for clarity of who ordered it in the past, while also making it clear that they are no longer a valid contact for future orders. Right now, I just add that info in the "Fax" line as well with a date to try to help.

It would be helpful if you could put titles or positions for contacts such as: Owner, Accounting, Principal, Marketing, Fleet Manager, etc. Especially with larger organizations or schools, it would help with clarity. Right now, I tend to put that info in the fax line since we don't really use fax numbers.

Oftentimes the Billing Contact is different from the Point of Contact, and it is super annoying having to remember to change it every time before putting in a new quote. On more than one occasion, a customer received an invoice meant for someone else in their organization, and they were super confused.

In the invoices section of customer profiles, due dates are displayed as month and date without the year. Id like to be able to, at a glance, know if the last order they placed was December 2025 or December 2024.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to attach a scanned documents (such as Sales Tax Exemption Certificates) to a customer's profile so we could quickly and easily see everything pertaining to the customer rather than everything getting lost/forgotten about in a file cabinet.

It would be nice to be able to attach customers art files to their profile instead of each invoice. This will allow a central location to locate a customers art files.

Public profile name needs to be changed and the link needs to be secured. We have received multiple complaints/concerns over the past month regarding public profiles. If there is something already in place that I am missing to further secure these please educate me. 1) the link is openly available to anyone who gets a hand on it because they are not password protected. 2) their addresses, cost of goods, artwork, goods, etc are all public knowledge before merchandise is available 3) calling them "public" profile only raises more concerns because it reiterates these are public. Change the name to customer profile.

Need a way to archive or not display contact names associated with a customer. We cannot remove/delete the contact name as they are associated with a past order that would then cause problems in QuickBooks since Printavo is downloading to QB continuously. Even if the order is 10 years old, a deleted contact name creates an open A/R in QB. In dealing with schools, you have teachers and parents that have left years ago. Need a way to simply archive these contact names or not have them displayed in Printavo while it still remains available in the feed to QB.

Please add the Customer's Public Profile link to the Customer Data Export CSV. This seems really silly that this isn't a functionality currently. It should also NOT be called Public. That is weird and confusing to people. Maybe "Customer Order Portal" ?

With SMS rolling out, we need a separate spot in customer information for mobile number. So we can keep track of the number we should be sending a text to and ensure they get that message on their mobile phone.
