Default for Billing Contact should NOT be main customer.
We have always setup a customer and then added new contacts as new orders were placed. The original customer does not have anything to do with billing. It now defaults to that being the billing contact and sometimes that person is not even at the company any longer. We should be able to CHOOSE if we want to add a billing contact. Otherwise it should be the person who placed the order by DEFAULT, not selected.

Allow replies from our own domain's please
There needs to be a way to allow us to turn on or off a way to have replies to come to our own domain rather than from or to Printavo’s? We use the automation’s all the time, but I would prefer that it comes from our domain and not from Printavo.

Auto generated emails need to allow us to change who they are coming from
We need the ability to change where automated emails are coming from. I want my artwork approvals (and declines) to come from and go to my designer (not the invoice owner. I want payment requests to come from my accounting department. These should be allowed to let us change who they are coming from. The answer I always get is you can accomplish that with automations but that doesnt solve the issue that sometimes the invoice owners just get way too many emails and they dont need them all if it doesn't pertain to them. More control of our emails please. Even better yet have it work from our own emails just like Shopworks does. The emails generate in Shopworks then it's sent directly through my own e-mail SMTP settings bypassing my e-mail software. By doing that the history is still saved in the software. They also offer an option that allows the email to be generated in the software then its sent to the actual email software and sent from it.

Messaging Users
Is there a way that you can message other users in Printavo without having to type in their email address? For example, I want to message my artist that there is an edit or the warehouse worker wants to massage the salesmen, an item is missing.

Twilio A2P Registration
Any one else having a hard time getting A2P Registered? Twilio's support is terrible, and Printavo's is not helpful either. Am I the only one?

Add Production Team Chat
Within the job there should be a chat that time stamps messages between team members. Production team only. This way when a note is made it shows who made the note and a time. This should also only be able to be edited or deleted by the person who posted the message.

The ability to message back in forth as a team on specific orders. Each order should have its own messaging thread. NOT client facing.

Attachment In Messages
We need the ability to add an attachment to a message to a customer. I would like to be able to email an attachment to someone and keep it tracked and recorded in my messages rather than bouncing back and forth between my actual email and the Printavo messenger so all communication is in one place for a specific order. It would make it much easier to keep track of what all was said and sent rather than in two places.

CLOSING OUT COMPLETED ORDERS
It would be amazing to have a feature for old invoices to close out direct messaging (either manually or automatically based on specs/dates/etc) to avoid customers having to reach us in that manner to place new orders. Would like to be able to send automated messages that a new email must be sent to place new orders and we can highlight the correct contact information.

Mark Message as Unread
There should be a way, just as in an email client, to mark read messages as unread so that everyone can see the message.
