The owner of the Printavo is the one getting these emails - in our case that is our owner who does not need to see these. RIght now there is no way to change the email these go to or to stop them all together.

We need the ability to add an attachment to a message to a customer. I would like to be able to email an attachment to someone and keep it tracked and recorded in my messages rather than bouncing back and forth between my actual email and the Printavo messenger so all communication is in one place for a specific order. It would make it much easier to keep track of what all was said and sent rather than in two places.

Can you make note in your next software update meeting to make the top EditOverviewPayments/ExpensesMessagesTasksSchedule floating with scroll so when the thread gets long as a lot do, it can follow me down so I do not have to scroll all the way back up. It is a small thing however time going up and down truly adds up. Thank you for your time.

We have always setup a customer and then added new contacts as new orders were placed. The original customer does not have anything to do with billing. It now defaults to that being the billing contact and sometimes that person is not even at the company any longer. We should be able to CHOOSE if we want to add a billing contact. Otherwise it should be the person who placed the order by DEFAULT, not selected.

Ability to use hyperlinks in messaging? Example: Automated message to customers with a hyperlink to our google review page.

If we have an order for screen printed t-shirts and embroidered caps on the same invoice we would like to print a screen print work order and an embroidery work order.

Allow for images to be attached in the in-app message field. Some clients are not tech savvy and do not know how to look at the line item image proofs prior to artwork approval being sent. I would like a way to send concept art and other relevant images while staying with in Printavo, and not having to break out into my outside email client.

It would be great if there was a feature where we can adjust our company logo on invoices and emails sent to our customers. Right now the way it is set up the logo is small and to the left and does not look aesthetically pleasing. Updates on this feature would be greatly appreciated.

Be able to unsend a message after it has been sent if the message was in error.

I sent a quote for approval but realized I made a mistake on it. Is there a way to undo the sent message before it reaches the customer?
