We have just joined Printavo and this was one of the first issues we found. It seems for a while this has been raised as an issue and i can't understand why users cannot create their own sizing options. It would thne make the system universal not?

For When I type in item PC78H from Sanmar it keeps changing to PC144. This has be happening for about 1 year now. Can we get this fixed?

When creating custom products, it would be great to be able to add a custom image that will always be available when using the custom product instead of having to upload it each time.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, Please please have hat images updated when you are adding imprints into the mockups. We will never be stitching on the under-side of the hat. Preferably front, back and left side and right side (and or giving an option to mirror an image ((if only one side of hat).

Need to be able to edit/custom sizes or have Australian kid sizes added to the options.

It would be a great added feature for merch stores (specifically) that once products are added to the merch stores where we could either automatically add a sizing guide or check a box that the item needs to display a sizing guide/link for the selected apparel/item.

Sometimes the garment price from a vendor is $0.00 due to some bugs in the system. For example, as I write this, 3010C in White, Navy, Athletic Heather, Natural, Soft Pink and Toast are pulling as $0 product cost in Printavo if the vendor is AlphaBroder. I'm requesting an error-checking feature for these situations, where the price turns RED if the garment price is $0.00 (similar to the yellow it now turns if you haven't clicked refresh pricing).

No one wants to upload their vector files to the mockup creator. That is giving artwork away for free. But we need the ability to easily change colors of the image on Mockup creator. PNG's need to have this ability. It makes no sense that only PNG's and JPEG's can use color erase and only SVG and EPS can color change. All files should have both capabilities.

we sell a lot of stuff that is not available through larger distributors so we have to create custom products to save time. it would be helpfull if the system had a memory so that line items that have been made in the past reappear when you're typing...like how a search engine shows completed suggestions while you're typing

Really need to have the ability to grant permission to our users other than Super Users, the ability to add custom products. We have our in house sales team that is managing order entry, etc., but too many things we don't want them to have access to if they were a Super Admin. Having to have a Super Admin add the products stops everyone in their tracks.
