Please consider allowing us to create and save our own invoice templates. This helps us with ease/speed when we're working with different customers/needs. For example, some of my clients need sizes from toddler through adult, while others only need adult. That's a different of 15 columns vs 6 columns. I'd like to keep invoices as easy to read/understand for my customers who may not need as many fields, so having templates to choose from would be really beneficial.

I'd like to suggest some way to track production files/uploads to invoices similarly to how other statuses are tracked in the history at the bottom of the invoice. If there was some way to have a recorded history of when (day/time) files were uploaded/removed that would be SO helpful! Bonus would be able to have it even list the file names along with that if possible! But having a history of file uploads in the invoice could save A LOT of confusion on orders with multiple edits and file revisions. Thanks so much!

I know this has been posted before but I think it would be amazing if we could create custom templates instead of having to duplicate old invoices and quotes. Especially for newer sales people we could have a template for embroidery that shows all the necessary information they should include for production, screen printing, heat press etc. It would save so much more time and be a reminder of the different fees to include like screen fees, digitize fee as well

It would be helpful to have more size options available in the quote feature, such as NB (newborn), 6T (toddler), and TALL SIZES (LT, XLT, 2XLT...etc.). Since these sizes aren't currently available, it can be confusing to clients who are ordering these sizes, especially when I have to place the 'NB' or '6T' size in a different size category.

It would be great if we could add Custom sizes. For example SM/Med or L/XL

would be cool to see a size total under each itemized list and a total size number at the bottom of the quote. May be only helpful for larger runs for multiple designs but I think it would help.

Add a feature to add the Sales Rep and the commission percentage in each quote when you are setting up the order. Be able to pull a report by Sales Rep for all paid invoices with the commission based on the invoice payment, less taxes and all fees.

Format the tag "<a href" in the public invoice so that it appears as a link and not the raw code.

We do some things by hour and it would be nice to have 1.5 hours hours and it do the match instead of manually having to do it.

Would be helpful to be able to have a quick view pop up in the Quotes/Invoices section. This way you can stay on the quotes page, view all the details of the quote, and quickly close it and move on to the next quote. Sometimes we are searching for previous styles or prices and it takes a long time to do things like compare old pricing or see which shirt styles customers have used previously.
