Maybe theres a way to do this already...? If not, upon entering a 2X or larger to the size quantities, could those counts be automatically be added to a 2X or larger charge down at the bottom of the invoice? Im always forgetting to add/remove them

The new selection dropdown, as well as the calendar selection, is really clunky. I can't use my keyboard in the category dropdown, so I have to scroll all the way down to get to what I want. The category dropdown is also no longer sorted alphabetically, so it's even more frustrating to search for the category I'm looking for. I don't want to sound critical but as an experienced UX/UI designer and product owner, I highly suggest you revert back to the previous version or have your designer or dev revisit the UI library you're using. These changes are honestly not an improvement to the application at all. If anything, the ux has gotten way worse.

Many times details are missed when entering an invoice in Printavo, which causes delays and interruptions in workflow. Production & Customer due dates, Imprint decoration methods (doesn't fire to Power Scheduler), Pickup/Delivery method are all areas that would be great to require, amongst others. It would be great if businesses could require select fields prior to someone being able to save an invoice similar to how the price field operates.

Currently, the Packing Slip tab opens on the browser tab you're in instead of automatically opening in a new tab like the Box Labels and the Work Orders do. Very simple, but it would be convenient to have the packing slips open a new tab like the box labels/work orders.

Currently, line item columns are configured globally, meaning we have to change the settings every time we create a quote for a different product category. For shops like ours that offer apparel, promo products and printing, this creates unnecessary extra steps. It would be helpful to have saved column presets based on product type, such as: * Apparel: Size breakdowns (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.) * Promotional Products: Quantity only * Printing & Signage: Quantity only Ideally, we could select a preset when creating a quote, or have the appropriate columns automatically appear based on the product selected. This would make quoting faster and more practical for shops offering multiple types of products.

It would be a great help to us (for continuity sake) if we'd be able to edit the wording for the "View Quote/View Invoice" buttons that are attached to the emails that get sent to customers. Internally and in the messaging of our emails, we use the wording "Estimate" and "Proof". So it's a little confusing to read in our emails "Here's your estimate/Here's your proof" when there's a giant button down below reading "View Quote/View Invoice". And not all of our customers are the most computer savvy, so this change would be of great use.

With the recent update, all of my Invoice window tabs in my browser don't show the invoice number any more. I typically have 3-5 open at once, and now I don't know which is which any more because they don't have the number visible in the tab. I'd attach a picture but when I choose the attachment option on this page it wants me to sign up with Canny?

Add a feature to add the Sales Rep and the commission percentage in each quote when you are setting up the order. Be able to pull a report by Sales Rep for all paid invoices with the commission based on the invoice payment, less taxes and all fees.

Please make this highlight function print out on the workorders that are sent to the shop for production. It makes no sense to have this function to not transfer to the actual printed page. I can see if your a paperless production shop but cant really say i have seen many of those in this industry.
