For the love of God. please fix this issue!! I had previously suggested this, as did someone else. We had a sales tax increase, I updated it at the global level however if we create a duplicate invoice that was done under the old tax rate, it keeps that same old rate on there. I knew this was going to be problematic when I first noticed it back in January.

Can you guys please give us a way to flag an order as a RUSH- that will carry across all statuses? Simple Check box that adds a red line across the order on the calendar view or a small icon like the "Paid" icon would be great

Once an order is complete, it would be great to FREEZE it, so no changes can be made. Viewing and copy should be available, but changing should not be allowed.

I would highly agree that this feature, to BULK Adjust Job Statues from one Page vs clicking each job and updating from there.

It would be nice if when we copy over a new invoice it does not include the PO. It can get confusing if we forget to delete that right away. The new orders don't tend to include dates and discounts, so I would imagine this to be a simple fix.

When artwork is approved... why is the only spot anyone can see this, is if you scroll all the way down in the history? Need a bright green APPROVED stamp much like the red PAID for easy scrolling of all our jobs to see what is good to go.

The price matrix that is under the decoration area should be removed from view for public invoice views. Customers do not need to know which price matrix is being used.

Can the "personalization" link under "more actions" in an invoice function the same way as the "Download Packing List" link? The personalization link feels bulky, it has to email you a link to download a pdf... and there is no good way to get back into the invoice without clicking the back button. The way the "Download Packing List" link is perfect - downloads the PDF right in the same window - I can print it out right in line with my work orders!
